HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET A DUMPSTER?

Dumpsters ordered on a Monday through Thursday will be delivered within 24 hours, based on availability and weather conditions. Same day delivery is possible for orders received before 9 am. You also have the option to prearrange a delivery date (weather permitting). 


WHAT ITEMS CAN I PUT IN A DUMPSTER?

Rolloff dumpsters are designed for you to dispose of items that usually you can't fit in a typical dumpster, such as:  fencing, old lumber, construction materials, garden refuse, soil, furniture, appliances, old tires, boxes, concrete, brick, roofing debris, and most types of regular old junk.


ARE THERE CERTAIN ITEMS THAT ARE PROHIBITED FROM DUMPSTERS?

Yes.  Prohibited items include: liquids, solvents, paints, chemicals, municipal solid waste, medical/bio-hazard waste, propane or gas tanks, asbestos, and batteries.


WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

The hauling fee is charged at the time of the rental transaction. Additional charges will be automatically charged when you extend the pickup date, exceed weight limit, or load prohibited items. A pre-authorization deposit is required in case of additional fees.


HOW FAR DO I FILL THE DUMPSTER?

Level with the top only. The driver can refuse to pickup the load and/or additional charges may apply.
